2. Description of Service
BuySignal provides a social proof notification widget that displays recent purchase activity on your website to increase conversions. The Service includes the widget, dashboard, analytics, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Display fake or misleading notifications
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Use the Service to collect data in violation of privacy laws
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase only.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuySignal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will increase your conversions or sales. Results vary based on many factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
BuySignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
